We do not stock "grey imports" and all stock is genuine Australian stock, direct from the manufacturer and distributed by us with their full support and back up. Buying from a genuine authorised distributor and stockist means that you have access to product support and technical assistance when you need it. Our staff are fully trained in the operation of all products, and most of us are experienced thermographers, electricians, electrical and mechanical engineers.
We also have a wide range of experience in the refrigeration and air conditioning field, with our staff being primarily employed by the large HVAC manufacturers in the past.
This experience means that you will receive a greater level of technical support, from time served, trained experts in the application and use of all instruments. Additionally, we are also qualified and trained thermographers, specialising in the user of thermal imaging cameras, and experienced in training others in this field. Our business has been built on knowledge and trust, with access to the latest products and a level of back up which we think is unparalleled within the industry.
We can support and train you on any product, including any software programs either face to face, or remotely. We have a host of technology at our fingertips, which lets us assist you with most situations easily. Our calibration and service laboratory can offer traceable calibrations on most instruments, whether purchased here or elsewhere. Most calibrations can be turned around quickly, and we can also offer service on all instruments which are supplied by our sales business.
All manufacturer's products are locally supported and serviced, as we do not sell products that cannot be calibrated or serviced locally. We also administer all manufactuer warranties here and will assist you, should you ever have to make a warranty claim. For the majority of deliveries, we usually choose to use Couriers Please, although we can also use Startrack, Toll Priority, TNT or Australia Post, if the circumstances merit one of those services.
Every shipment that leaves us is fully trackable via the couriers' websites. The majority of goods are kept in stock, but some of the higher priced items, especially those which require configuration, or specialised set up such as the more expensive combustion and flue gas analysers will have a short lead time, as we have to configure and calibrate them.
Please check with us if lead time is likely to be crucial. Smaller items are usually shipped in an airbag, larger items may ship by Road Express or a similar service. All couriers pick up from us daily, and if something is required very urgently, please contact us and we will be happy to try and accommodate your request. All goods are dispatched within a working day from stock, or as soon as they arrive in the case of special order products. You will receive a tracking number, allowing you to track the progress of your shipment.
For PO Box addresses we can only utilise Australia Post, which is a slower service, so if possible, we prefer to ship to a physical street address. We take time and effort in making sure all goods are packed professionally and are well protected, ensuring that they reach you in perfect condition. For international shipments, please contact us for a shipping quote before placing an order. We use TNT Couriers for all international freight, as it delivers to most locations worldwide quickly and at a reasonable cost.
Should you require any assistance with shipping, please contact us and we are more than happy to assist you in any way possible. For most transactions PayPal is faster, and secure as well as offering buyer protection.
For larger transactions, such as thermal imaging cameras, underground services locators and combustion analysers, PayPal is our preferred mehod of payment due to the larger amounts of funds in question, but we have full EFTPOS facilities for those customers wishing to pay over the phone by credit card. All methods of payment are provided with no additional cost, except for AMEX, which incurs a 2. All of our prices include GST. A tax invoice can be issued for customers wishing to claim back the GST component of their purchase, We pride ourselves on offering payment facilities which are safe, and PCI compliant, with industry leading security and encryption.
For purchasers using credit cards to pay for costly items, we may ask for further information such as copies of the front and back of the card being used, and identification. We do this to protect your details and minimise the risk of any unauthorised transactions on your credit card. For buyers using PayPal, no verification is necessary as PayPal have already taken all verfification steps in most cases.
In some cases, such as instances where the purchaser uses a different PayPal account, we may ask for further details. All goods are shipped on receipt of funds, and a full tax invoice showing the GST component can also be provided on request. We are also authorised as a repair and service centre for many of these brands and can usually repair and service any of our meters, with fast turnaround times.
In the rare event of receiving a faulty product, please contact us and we will ensure that any repairs or exchanges are actioned as quickly as possible. Because some of our products are both specialised and expensive, we can't always offer a "no questions asked" returns policy on some of these items as they sometimes have to be specifically set up and configured for the user.
However, we will never refuse a valid warranty claim for a repair, or exchange if a repair is not possible. If you should receive a product that is faulty "out of the box" which is highly unlikely - because every item is personally checked before it leaves here, please contact us within 7 days explaining the problem, and we will work with you to rectify the fault as quickly as possible.
All products carried by us are genuine Australian stock items. We do not carry grey imports, and we do not re-sell products on behalf of other distributors. Every piece of test and measurement equipment supplied by us is from the manufacturer directly, and is backed up fully by our service and calibration facility, with extra support being available from the manufacturer if required. Regardless of whether the product is provided from our eBay store or directly, the warranty and returns procedure is identical, so you can be assured of full, local support at all times.
