They are very old transistors in a metal TO case. For low power I would use 2N and 2N transistors instead. Both components are SL One of your previous posts too shows only SL though you have mentioned as SK

Thread starter Start date Mar 20, I might need to use a replacement so here is a brief background about the project. I'm using a 9V DC suply to run the ckt and the ultrasonic transducer generates a kHz frequency.
I was afraid that replacing the transistors could affect the circuit performance or it wont work at all. Sorry my mistake, it's supposed to be from KHz. Thank you!! Can you guys help me on where I could find them. So it should be possible to use a ua or tl instead maybe with a zener. Or am i wrong????? ChrisP Member. I posted a Datasheet Here.
